AAAAAH HELP ME!!!!!!

Guys i really want ur help i want to master vb.net asp.net c/c++ i also did them at a institute but it has been 6 months and i have forgotten all that.. reason is that i wanted a job too earlyand started working in a call centre and there was 0 practice of my coding. now i want to work in a sftware developmet company as there are many oppurtunities in delhi for vb.net asp.net but i lack thorough knowledge how can i get them back.what should i do??? plz do suggest the best

can u give me a tutorial like a pdf file so that i can read it offline for the following languages:

1) vb.net
2)asp.net
3)c/c++

See its pity simple as in ur case. Call centers will literally fcuk ur talent and leave you with only couple of things ..stupid accent and ability to work in nights comin to ur issue, wel if u anytime knew or had hold of the concept , then iam very much sure it will take sometime for you to get back. Just go throught all the notes u have. Since you have so much of zeal, u surely will hit rok bottom....all the best
