how 2 reduce size 4 creating avatars ??? whot should the settings for a gif & jpeg files ???

once saroman had made a tut for the same... i cant seem to find it... i copied it in word... hope this helps.......... the images were anumated but word made them simple

try savin the same file in diff file formats

at times there is a lot diff in size between formats

try using irfan view conversions
juct set Ht and Wt to 80
(9pixel) and format to jpeg
