Bittorrent Problems

I used to have a USB Cable modem for my internet connection and when i used bittornado i used to get 50 - 51 KB/s download, lately my isp changed the modem to a normal ethernet modem which is connected to LAN port instead of USB. Since then my transfer where always slow max out at 20KB/s and the yellow light never changes to green (connected status). Could someone help me get the same download speed again plssss...

You need to port-forward the port that you are using in BT. Your ethernet modem will probably allow you to telnet into it and change settings. Or it might give a webpage interface by allowing you to type it's address (usually 192.168.1.1) in a browser.

Try doing it or reply with the name of the modem.
