Default How to access NTFS partitions in DOS mode?

Hello Friends!

Can someone guide me as to how can I access my files that are in a NTFS partition in DOS mode. Is there any particular software that can help me to do this or some kind of a tweak.

Thank you.

Try making this bootdisk called "Ultimate" it reads NTFS partitions too...
http://www.ultimatebootcd.com/

BTW - U want to acess his files via a boot disk or by reboot-into-DOS mode ? Coz NTFS read/write support isnt available anymore for floppies... (Startup Disk)

What I want is, say incase ifmy system crashes and I want to recover my files. As all my partitions are NTFS and so If I boot with a startup disk, it doesn't read NTFS partitios. I want to make such a kind of bootable disk which can read NTFS partitions.

Using XP CD to boot takes us under the setup of Win XP. I want to boot so that I can have a command prompt.

repair mode != DOS
theres a software called NTFS for dos as well i think
but i still think bart's pe is the best option
BTW i didnt mention it has command prompt too ..
its like a whole windows environment without installin windows. .
sort of like a live windows cd
BEST for troubleshooting
