Default SD RAM wanted!!!

i am one of the unlucky ones with a intel 810 motherboard... nd if u guessed it right... no agp slot or more ram than 512 mb. so what i need is 256x2 ram sticks. they are not available easily and one dealer i enquired quoted 2000 rs. per stick for new ones. i heard new ram modules arent available for sd ram. is the dealer serious ? can any1 here guide me where to get the ram at decent price, doesnt matter if its second hand/used ...

PC133 SDRAM is still avaliable in market....price is around Rs1600-2000 for 256MB.

sd ram is avialble only a few in market and the price 2000 is right price.. i have enquired about this last week then i has been told as 2500 for 256.. but i got a 128 mb for 770 rupees from delhi

Hi I have enquired for SD RAM on dec 03 at Nehru Place. So these r my findings:
  • SD RAM is easily available.
    Prices for the RAM differ for P3 and P4 systems.
    256MB stick 133 MHz for P4 is of Rs. 1350(Simmtronics) and Rs. 1250 (Others).
    128MB stick 133 MHz for P4 costs Rs.800.
    256MB stick for P3 costs Rs.1700 to 1800.

well dude frm where did u get those for 1350... here no less than 1800!!! and 1750 on ebay!!!

I was also going to ask the same thing.....256MB PC133 for Rs1350, quite strange, can't believe !!!

well guys thanks for ur help, but what i wanted is sdram for p3 system. i also wanted to ask whether sd-ram is still in production or are those "used" modules, cos i heard used modules cost way more lesser... 6 months earlier they sold like 700\- per 256MB module on digit forum (bazaar section, duno where it gone now!)

The phone nos. of the shop I visited in Nehru place are 556022 23, 23,24.
Here u can confirm abt the latest prices.
