I want to play all new games in my Gigabyte Motherboard with Intel 82845G onboard grafix and 256 MB ram, with all eye -candies off.
Is there a way to do that. If not Does my motherboard support a AGP card or a PCI grafix card?
If yes. Which one is best for me to play all new games with pixel shader games with all eye candy off.
I just want to play new games.
My budget is 8000 Rs.

Also I cant play even older 3dfx games. When started they say glide2x.dll is missing.
How to play these games.
Please Help.

most 845 chipsets do have an AGP slot

and for an 8k budget

the 6600 sans the GT should be the best bet

if u can take ur budget upto 10k
then go for the 6600gt for sure

me also using the mobo based on 845 GL chipset, it also doesnt have an AGP slot

shwetanshu was right, no need to check the mobo. the earlier 854G chipsets don't have AGP slot, sp. GIGABYTE, but now a days all the mobos have 4x/8x AGP slot.

con_tester update your dx files, use 9.0c. within 8k, you can go for nVIDIA FX-5700 256 Dual display, if you have AGP, or there are few cards for 845 mobo, which are PCI cards.
