Default what'z the prob with 80GB HD???????????


i've heard that 80 gb harddisc is unreliable........whats the problem with it??????????????

In waht way is it unreliable u have heard ? I have been using one from 2 years and not a bit of problem

Yes there is one VERY SERIOUS problem with the 80 GB hdd's! It just cannot store more than 80 GB of data! LOL!!!

@alaap_anujan:Unreliable in terms of what?Many of my friends have an 80GB SATA as well as the PATA drives ranging from Segate to Samsung but none of them faced any unreliability as such.Preferably due to Poor maintainace/Power Cuts/Frequent restarts might damage its life but still thats happens with all HDD's,So why would the 80GB one's are supposed to take the sole blame.This is a very akward query.Please post some source that backs up your query.Always Rememer Half truth is Dangerous.
