changing "My pictures slideshow screensaver transit time"...

can some one tell me how to change the min time of transit of the My pictures slideshow screensaver

the default min transit time is 6 sec

i want to change it 1 sec

3rd softwares do help in cretin slide shows with small intervals
but how to make it a screensaver !!!

Picasa 2 has an option to create slideshows/screensavers from your pictures and also allows u to set the transition time.
