i wanna know,can i partition or join the partions without losing the data on them.how?

you can try with Ranish Partition or Parbeta HDD tool.. its free.

Please read the help file of the software before u partition.Never try merging primary partitions.

Nobody garentees your data. It is prone to loss.
Once I merged two I lost the data in both - I use Partition Magic 8) Since I have DVD backupsof all the data, they are retrieved.
