Default PICTURE OF WORLDS MOST FAMOUS...............

Whenever I insert in a floppy a file named-
PICTURE OF WORLDS MOST FAMOUS............... appears.

Every floppy gets affected. No antivirus detects it as a virus. But i still doubt its a virus. As to whomever I give the infected floppy that person also faces the same problem

Due to this reading of the floppy becomes slow.

Please help.
Wat 2 du?

format the floppy.
if that doesn't work chuck the floppy - floppies dont cost much anyway
(but before that update your antivirus software and scan it again)

It seems to be a virus. Go to AVG or mc afee 's site and get free online virus scan done.

By Pressing ctrl+alt+del , Stop unknown programs running.

In Run type msconfig , Disable all unknown startup entries.

And if you are runing win 2000 or xp In run type services.msc and stop and disable unknown services.

And atlast make floppies write protected if you do not wish to write any thing on to it.

Bcoz what that virus does is , keep running in background and check for floppies. If floppy is detectd it coppies it self in form of a image or exe file.

My friend had same problem with manisha.exe

So be careful it affect every sys where that floppy is inserted
