Default Yahoo Messenger - Please help!

Hi ppl!,
I am having a bit of a trouble with my Yahoo messenger!
I was using an ID for a long while... then I stopped recieving any offline msgs for than a couple of months! When i logged into the same messenger(I use it at home) , using other ID, then it worked! I use Yahoo Messenger 7.0. Everything else on that ID is working fine!
I have tried many things. I upgraded the messenger, earlier i had 7.0 BETA. I deleted all the profile and then logged in again. Nothing Worked. If you have any idea. Please tell me.
AND YOU PPL AT DIGIT. PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS AND HELP ME!!

1. Is anyone sending you offlines in very first place?
2. Is someone reading your offline before you do?
3. Did you try sending offline messages from other id you are using to the one having problems?

U can try 2 things!

1.) Goto: Program Files\Yahoo!\Messenger\Profiles folder and delete the folder with the name of ur User ID.

2.) Open regedit and nevigate to:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Yahoo\Pager\Profiles

And delete the key with the same name as of ur User ID.

May be it help U...

Vishal: I wasn't able to fix the problem. You suggested to get into the registry and delete the keys containing...the id.. .but to my disappointment... there were no keys in the whole registry containing any of the ids that have been used!
