i am using windows XP , the problem is when i open any windows explorer then when i close it , everytime there is a error messege which says that explorer caused a problem and explorer needs to be restarted/// what is the problem , how to cure it? help |

Whoa, could be a billion and one reasons, buddy. Could be anything from low memory, lots of background processes, hard disk errors, viruses, compatibility issues, spyware, the list is endless. Need more detailed info about what programs are running etc, before anyone here can offer a suggestion

save your eventvwr log and upload it somewhere....
go to Start>Run>eventvwr right click on Application and select SAVE LOG FILE AS... and upload it somewhere...

hi the problems which i am facing is as below...

ru using XP SP2 or not.... ? if not then use it....
explorer is stable (kind of!!) in SP2 !! now post a HijackThis log here.... then we'll be able to go in details!
