Default louder Hissing Sound while song Paused

Recently Bought a Gigabyte Mobo based PC...
Now When I pause the song in Winamp there is some louder hissing noise,
Also When I use Nero's Wave Editor and stop playing This noise creeps in..

But I try pausing songs in Windows Media player or itunes or in Linux it is all fine. But with Winamp this Problem is there...

I don't think tht it is sound card problem But then What it is ....

Has anybody come across with same problem...
Then what needs to be done.
Any Idea...

No, I am not using any plug-ins of any kind....
It is really weird that it comes with some players only.
