There is no need to use any softwares to record the normal typing chat .

Just enable Archiving in preferences.

For the voice chat there is only a history feature availbale.

Archiving automatically deletes everything after you log off. There is a software called Spy Tech. Its actually a monitering software. It can record Yahoo chats though.

Your are mistaken. Archiving does not delete everything after you log off.

There are totally 3 settings, it depends on your settings.

-> Keep all archives
-> Delete archive on logoff
-> Dont archive

These are the three options.

So you can save your archives easily.
