if u go to folder options > view > click/enable show system files/show hidden files, u will be able to seen in the explorer.

recycler contains all the files u have deleted. this is a system folder. if u empty ur recyclebin, u will find these folders to be empty.

system resore folder contains the info on system retore points. i choose to have my system restore service on, as i find it useful. those who dont use systemrestore, can safely delete this folder.

the incinerate folder is, i think, system mechanic version of the recycle bin, where it erases files permanently.

Default Dont delete them

Hello ,
Dont delete these folders. They are folders used by system to store drive informations.Instead right click ur drive and cleanup or defrag ur drives which is lot safer.U can delete Found 000 folders which stores sys crash dump info. They will not harm Your PC

Dont delete the system volume information, but u can delete the tmp file or the files created by chkdsk.
use the cleanup utility of windows, or the norton utilities
