Default strange brd band problem


My brdband gives me abt 64kbps of speed and the speed is confirmed thru flashget dloads the problem is it takes a lot of time 4 opening pgs on ie and tkes even more time to open my mails in outlook exp.
I know this is sum internal problem or sum settings need 2 be configured
Plz give ur suggestions

Do you have the "big three" installed, and updated? i.e. Firewall, Anti-Spyware, and Anti-Virus. Also, updating Windows and IE itself will definitely help.

yes i do have all three of them and i dont detect any spyware on my pc
