Default where can I find e100bnt5.din for free

My Network adaptor is Intel (R) PRO/100+MiniPci
When I repair installed Win2k, it said:
This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device. (Code 31)
I downloaded the driver from IBM which the brand of my PC and while installing it asked for e100bnt5.din
Where can I find it?
