Unable to login to digitpatron

Since last month I'm unable to login to digitpatron. Each time after submitting my id & password I get the "Invalid user name" message. I also opted for "forgot password" option in the hope of getting the new password. But, I never got any e-mail containing the password. As such, I could not even enter the Oct. digitpatron code. Are you people facing such problem? Please help.

are you sure that you've entered your email as userid. digitpatron uses your email as userid.

Yes Friend! I've filled up the login id (i.e. e-mail address) and password absolutely properly. Moreover, when I went on with "forgot password?" option I expected some password in my e-mail address. But, nothing was mailed to me. I repeated this a number of times over a month without yielding anything. That is why it is perplexing me. So, now I can't do anything with my a/c in digitpatron.
