Default Please help regarding multipart archive files..


hey anybud out there who can help me out of the deep problem luk i have jst downloaded a software from net but it contaons a lot of .001 .002 .003.... files and also a text file says that
sfv raped by zipscript-c on the mighty ,dS' so please tel me how to use this thing.

Try un-raring the files using Winrar ! drag and drop any of the .00X files into Winrar and extract wherever u want.

There must be another file which would have extention like Rar .. or Arj .. or something like that .. The thing is that you have got a multipart archive and there must a script file which will join the parts to create the original file.

The sfv is a checksum file. you dont need that to join the files. Just run winrar and go to the directory where you have these .00? files open the first one for e.g: tda-nsw5.001 - it should show the contents. Now you can click extract and extract all files to a folder. The rest of the files in the series are automatically processed by winrar if they are in the same folder as the first one....
