Default system takes long time to power up initially!

hi,

i have p4 865 chipset with intel 2.4 GHz. i use my system 24*7 and had a power down yesterday night and switched on again today morning. my system dint get started as soon as i powered up. why is that? my cabinet is open. is that the devices get too low at temperatures? or my UPS is the problem? does it take time to charge the battery before powering my system? I hav APC ups single battery backup. why does this happen.

Maybe your UPS was recharging
Do you get this problem quite frequently now or was it just one off
