Default photoshop cs2 problem

Whenever i try to use Adobe Photoshop CS2 it gives the following error message:
"This application has failed to start because MSVCRT10.dll was not found. Reinstallation may fix this problem"
I reinstalled the program anew but it gives the same error message. Please help.

when ever i use to work with photoshop cs2 one massage show me the your request can not be complete as some error occure
