Sata Drive setting problem

Guy!!!! i have just bought the Samsung SATA 160 GB HDD model no. SP1614C and my motherboard is Asus A7N8X - Delux model with a latest bios ver. .. i have install the Sandra 04 software which is telling me that the current transfer mode of my HDD is UDMA 5 where as it can go upto UDMA 7 ... now the problem is that i don't know who to change the UDMA setting of a SATA drive i know for IDE but not for SATA ... so if anyone knows pls. help me out ?????????????

UDMA 7 ? that is interesting
