Low speeds, very

Hello,
I've started getting download speeds as low as 20kbps with dataone since 1st Nov. Is it due to the fact that i edited some settings in firefox like pipelining, etc.? Even my surfing speeds have reduced drastically. Have tried downloading even from the best sources. Is it due to the fact that i installed bitcomet that day?

I don't think d/l speeds can be affected so much by simple config changes in firefox.. i believe you are on a 256 kbps BSNL plan and you are getting these speeds on a http/ftp download.

It is ONLY due to the ISP... also regularly clean your system using a combination of ad-aware/spybot and a good AV(nod32/kaspersky)

Hey, but there haven't been any complaints by any other customers. I live in Gandhinagar by the way. Its been 3 days since & i get really bored waiting for pages to load.
