well! yes u can do it, its simple, just download Tweak XP powertoys for windows from the microsoft windows XP website. once installed (u can use it with most windows OS versions) u can go to the Internet Explorer options and change the settings for IE icon. You have it!!!

if u r using windowsXP go to RUN and type in "gpedit.msc" this is a very useful windows in-built tweaking utility. u'll find what u want here... of course, TweakXP is always there...
