I think for gaming 17' is enough.....

anyways for 19' flat u can go for

1) Samsung Magic bright for Rs. 14500/-
2) Viewsoic Flat monitor for Rs. 12600/-

i dont know much about philips 19' flat crt monitors.

@kunwar
getting the samsung 19" flat monitor is very very hard as its rarely available .. i am talking about the flat one and not the dyna flat model . and i suggest u go for a 17" tft instead of a 19" crt , a 19" crt will hog loads of electricity in the long run which u can save if u buy a tft. the new tft models such as the samsung 713n are very decent enough for gaming with a response time of 8ms and a price of 15k.
