Digit DVD/CD - autostart - index.exe error

When I insert the DVD/CD from Digit it doesn’t open automatically as it used to be. Untill yesterday every thing was fine. I installed wintools.net professional and cleaned registry suggested by it and I had done backup also.

The error message is

“INDEX.exe has generated errors and will be closed by Windows. You will need to restart the program.
An error log is being created.�

What should I do now?
Please help!!
