This will help. D/l Irfan view and then select the file which u wanna use and press Ctrl R and enter 80x80. U can change that if u want to....

u can use photoshop, paintshop pro, irfan view etc.

in photoshop, select the whole pic [Ctrl+A] and select resize image. put your desired pixel. select the compression ratio and finally click resize. image clarity is well balanced.

why don't you try with this? open ms-word, insert the picture, edit the picture size, copy and paste it in Windows Paint, save the image as .jpg or .jpeg format. do you like it? 8)

in photoshop its easy just open image->image size(alt+ctrl+i) and give the image size u want in width and hieght boxes in pixel dimensions. This reduces the size of ur photo and also the size of file u can even decrease it less than 80 x 80 also to further decrease the size of file. Try and save ur file in PNG or GIF format
