setting up proxy server

i want to set a proxy server on a computer with winXP
which would be connecting to net from a limited user.

and a computer on lan with win2k should be able to connect to the net.

which is the best software for this and how should i go about it.

Two software come to mind on top off my head.

& Wingate : http://www.wingate.com/product-wingate.php
which is trialware I suppose.

The former is a simple proxy for sharing a internet connection.Should meet your requirements if you dont want extra features.While the latter comes with a number of additional userful functionalities:
