Copy Protect CD from Copying !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Is there any way avoiding users to copy CD.I know that perfectly fool-proof methods may not exist . Or else it would already be used.

But i pose a simpler Question -
Most users use Nero to copy CD's .So suggest some method to make the CD not copyable with Nero ,something like it should give an error in the beginning itself ??

Can this be done without risking the data on the disk ??
