How can i convert JPG files to a VCD so that it can be viewed in a VCD player ?
Also How can i convert VOB DVD vedio files to VCD fast ?

PhotoVCD Creator , You can try Nero Vision Express too.

I tried many softwares, Adobe premiere, photo2dvd etc, but this is very easy and fast and good quality.
