Selecting two audio inputs in Recording mode

I'm using an application by which I can broadcast my screen with audio to another PC. It works fine when I play using Media player etc. But When I run an application with sound I can only send the screen but not its audio. If I
go to the Volume control's Rec screen and tick the Stereo mixer it works fine,
but mic gets disabled. If I want to use mic then I have to remove the tick from stereo mixer in volume control Rec screen. i.e, I can use only one input at a time in recording mode, either stereo mixer (to send sound from application) or Mic to send my speech. Is there any way to enable two inputs simultaneously in volume control Recording screen. Please advice.
