K8N or K8N4-E...??

One of my friend wants to change his mobo from K8S to some nVidia chipset (nF3 or nF4)......which is better choice?? K8N (nForce 3 250) K8N4-E (nForce 4-4x)...?? Is there any kind of issue in nForce 4-4x chipset??

K8N4-E (nForce 4-4x) : its supposed to b a freak chipset.. Not recommended...
