Default What does drwtsn32.exe do ?Please help !!!Urgent

Hi
Everytime i open explorer or start windows media player they both stop responding and i have to kill the process.
In the list of processes there is this process drwtsn32.exe which was never seen before.
Is this a virus,
if so i have Norton Antivirus upto date in virus definitions and even after a full system scan,no virus is found.
Then what is it?
Please help me.
I run Win XP with SP2.

Dr Watson is Window's debugger .. It generates debug log for admin to analyze what went wrong when a program crashed ..

Dr Watson is not a system process, its only a background process.
There are instances when Dr Watson crashes itself.

You can safely turn it off. See this for instructions on disabling it.
