Default help me........again


everytime i try to use installshield setup files i get an error
"userenv.dll not found"
so i downloaded it from dll-files.com
and put it in C:\windows
C:\windows\system
C:\windows\system32
and the directory of the setup file but it still does not work
what do i do?????

It appears that userenv.dll is not the missing file... If you read the error message carefully, you will realize that the missing file is ntdll.dll. Try to get this file and copy it to the various directories.

See if this works and post back if you have problems.

search for da file. ur problem will b solved.

Hi,
Try the System File Checker. Go to Start > Run and type sfc /scannow and press Enter key (Note that there is a SPACE between sfc and /). You may require Windows XP Installation CD.
