How to set up domain.

I have got a domain recently. I have got nameservers of the domain from the panel. I have a Cpanel Webhosting Account. How to set up domain to my site? My Webhosting has its own nameservers.

I am a newbie.

hmm...buddy

here is what you will need to do:

firstly you will need to get a REAL DOMAIN(.tk or .co.nr wont work since they only provide you with redirection)
ie. a .com, .info, .in etc domains.

Actually while registeration you will be asked by the seller to fill in the ns server address(ie.the one you got), so fill it.after ur ISP provider propogates(takes 8 minutes to 8 hrs!) the domain then you can just see that you website will get activated showing the data which ur webhost space has got.

If not

Then from where ever you get the domain.
Log in to ur account at that Domain Provider.
And there fill in that (ns) server address you got from ur webspace provider in the setting option available there.

Thats you need to register for a domain first

And I can get that one for dead cheap price.

Well navjot i think dat this is da best where i wud 've asked this question.

My question is dat i wanna setup a website just as there is www.thinkdigit.com, www.google.com.

i want to start my own website just as digit is havin its own, skoar! is havin its own. i want to create a website which 've a forum like digit.

wat shud i 've to do.

also i'm only 15 years 4 months old so will i b allowed to start any website officially. if i open it in da name of my mother then will she in need to pay income tax in case if i get any income from my site.

A redirection will work
all you have to do is:
First go to www.50webs.com and register your subdomain(yourname.50webs.com)
it supports only less than 300 KB file size though
to use other free providers search at http://www.free-webhosts.com/
then upload your site
Next go to www.dot.tk and register your .tk domain(www.yourname.tk)
