710N has 12 MS responce time, while 713N has 8 MS

if u already got 710N, then stick to it, infact if U have a LCD with less then or equal to 16ms responce time, then stick to it

713N is same as 710N execpt the diferrence in response times..

Response time is better if it's lower..

713N has 8 ms RT and 710N has 12 ms

So 713n is definately a better buy...

i got 710n about 6 months back.. i'll tell ya Samsung 7xx and 1xx series rocks!!!

if the diff between both the models is only 500 bucks then it surely makes sense to buy the 713N .. as already said by others , lower the response time , the better it is.

I am yet to buy my PC.. That is the reason i posted this question here.. Yeah i agree If you already own a 710N its a waste going for a 713N.. But if ur gonna buy your first LCD monitor (like me) then 713N is a better option than 710N, considering the price difference which is less than 1k..

ofcourse it is
8ms response time for 500 bucks more !!
that is amazing
besides i think it has dual input ( analog +digital ) and a higher contrast ratio of 600:1 compared to 500:1 of 710n ..
havent checked all that right now .. but im quite sure of it
but just for the response time alone the difference is worth it ..
i myself am thinking of pickin up its bigger brother ( 913N ) for a friend ... ( ofcourse he's gonna pay for it hehehe )
