DVD+RW Problems :-(

It's a brand new samsung DVD RW drive(i know, i know, don't give me that stuff about samsung drives....they have the best ever error correction) and am not able to burn stuff on a <sigh> brand new moserbaer dvd+rw which says 4x. But both Nero and Roxio easy cd creator report a writin speed of only 2.4x and nero aborts with a "illegal disc" error msg but roxio acts like its writin and at the end, there's only a blank disc.....

full erase the dvd-rw
that might solve ur problem


it is also possible that the media is corrupted
are there many scratches on it??????



the other reason be that the media is not compatible with ur samsung.....


or ur drive does not support 4x write speed

what is max. write speed of ur samsung dog???????
