should i install it or not

Recently i went to the microsoft's windows update site and when i tried updating windows a dialog box appeared and asked me to install a software named "microsoft windows publisher"

what should i do. should i install it or not. I clicked on dont install button and everything stopped no updates were shown.

please help me understand it properly, what's your opinion digitized fans

u will have to install the new windows update software. so go ahead !
make sure u r visiting the authentic windows update site.

If you have Genuine windows. Never hesitate to install it as all update will only be possible after the installation.
