Couldn't update Spybot S&D 1.3

I'm using WinXP+SP2. While trying to update Spybot Search & Destroy 1.3 by a dial-up connection, I can't update the Definition rules and Startup info. A "Bad Checksum" message appears in the info column and changing the server does not help. Please help.

hmm there is an updated version of spybot ready for download... get that one... then try to update...

Reinstall and then try.ur firewall may block outpost connection for it.

Well jus try updating the S&D 1.3 after sumtime ,U dont need to reinstall it..coz sumtimes wen the server is busy then u get the msg "BAD CHECKSUM" otherwise there is no problem with ur S&D 1.3 as i also face the same problems even thou i hv a BROADBAND Connection....

IF u hv already allowed to "PERMIT" the S&D wen ur Firewall asked it then u need not do it again... Its jus that the servers are busy bro.. ! jus try sum other time..
