Default problem with longhorn inspirat theme

i d/led the longhorn inspirat visual style found here. the problem is, after unzipping the d/led file...there is no readme or instructions file.
OK, so i search the stuff and find a file called inspirat. its a windows visual style file [of size 4mb]. and double click it...then the appearances tab opens and then the new theme isnt displayed. i have Windows blinds and if i click on add theme, then only windows blinds files[*.wba] are searched for. so how do i use the inspirat thing?

sigh ...
when u double click the file
which is a .Msstyles file btw
the display window opens
which highlights the name of the theme file in the selection menu ...
click apply to apply the visual style
if thios doesnt work .. means u dun have ur uxtheme.dll file patched
which basically means u cant use 3rd party visual styles

this has nuthing to do with windows blinds btw

what u can do is either use style xp to display the theme since it uses msstyles

or u can patch ur uxtheme.dll file using the neowin uxtheme.dll patcher .. available ofcourse at neowin.net
