for hindi, go to www.sms-india.com

(here u can sms for free to indian gsm mobiles. but if u go to the bottom of the site, they got some hindi keypress tones also.)

is there anyway i can convert mono tones in keypress format to midis so that i can use them as polyphonic tones???
free software pls...not ringtone convertor

You can transfer (by SMS) the mono tunes to your poly handset and they will play. No need to convert. Sound little better than mono phones, but not as good as poly tones.
