Voice chatting site

Hi,
Recently when i was searching for voice chat in GOOGLE, ic ame across a site, in which we can voice chat directly without any software. But i forgot the site name and even i cant get at any source now.
Can anybody knowing it?
Please help me

hey this is also nice , but i was lookign for different one. But this is nice. Webcam also there..!!!! And no need of installing Java.
The site which i visited last was a problem like we need to install java, it is not possible for a pc with admin password .
