Default Why it happen's like that?


It happen me in past but i want to know why it hapen?

After the installation of LINUX.I was not able to go to windows (and the grub has no problem).And the key board dosen't work.I can't even enter into BIOS.When i boot into linux the keyboard work's.when i have tryed to install xp again after inserting the CD It prompt's as usally(Press any key to boot from cd).But here also i am not able to work with KEYBOARD.so that also fails.so i have resent my pc to retailer and clear it.
what happen?why i have got such a problem?what could be the reason?Anyone...


(None of window's booting cd work's)

its really odd!! i've never heard anything like that before. how can a gnu/linux installation affects working of bios ?

i dont think linux is culprit here. just change ur keyboard and try

The keyboard works fine with another computer.when i give my pc to vendor he said the CEMOS battery is down so he changed it as like he said.But how come LINUX ALONE WORK???(keyboard).

maybe thats the power of linux to work even with discharged batteries.
