My News Section is real slow

Help me , as i am facing problems with this News section , if u got to http://www.bhutan1.com at the top u will find News Section ,

so the problem is i have to daily update the news part , someboday plz help me some dynamic table , i dont know how to write php or asp, ummm i can do copy and paste ..
