theres no way to do that
tho there is a collection of hotfixess
anyways u can try autopatcher it has the hotfixes in one file
or if u wish to integrate the hotfixes on ur winxp install u can get RyanVM's files from ryanvm.msfn.org
get the post sp2 pack
and integrate using nLite ..
