Help Me decide My procesor

I have an option of three processors to decide from the choices are:-

AMD Athlon X2 4200+
AMD FX 57
AMD FX 55

I plan to use the system for serious gaming and applications like that

Go for X2 4200+ , its awsome. BTW donot forget to add necessary graphics card and atleast 1GB RAM to exploit it's full power.

Well the Fx 57 was 78K the FX 55 65K and the i did not ask the price of the X2 4200.

Is the X2 4200+ that good? Should i go for it then??
