TATA Indicom Walky ?

Well! I uses TATA Indicom Walky (Fixed Wireless) LG 350T, can anybody suggest a software to edit all the stuffs of this phone like Ringtones, Phone book & all.......

Since Mobile editor are their so I guess this phone must have one...........
