How to change Icon Font colour ?

How do u change the icon's text's colour ?
Plz try not using a 3rd party s/w plz.

If no other way then plz mention the 3rd party s/w.

Plz Help coz me finds the white text irritating...

What icons r u talking about ? Desktop icons ???

It looks like no one thought about it. But what u can do is just right click on your desktop and then select properties. On the dialog box which appears, select the 'Desktop' tab, u will find here the color box, see if changing this color helps. ( I am completely unaware as to what this does!)
