Default max pyne error


when i run the game
it sayz runtime error program terminated

the game used to run 6-7 months back but now when i have installed
it again it is giving me this error.

i have p4 1.8 ghz,512 mb ram,radeon 7000 series 64 mb video

winxp pro sp2.

check if microsoft c++ runtime library.dll is present in the max payne installation folder, if not then this is the reason of this error , to solve this just reinstall the game

did u have sp1 before and now sp2 ?

cuz it works in my pc with sp1 but not in the one with sp2

i have run max payne on 98, xp pro, and xp sp1 only
