karankalaria Right Off the Assembly Line Join Date: Sep 2005 Location: Rajkot Posts: 3	Problem while starting computer hi freinds, well I have p-4 1.5MHZ,128mb ram the problem is that when i start my computer the monitor has lines(disturbunces) on it and fails to load win XP or 98 and after I restart 3 to 4 time and then i could load win xp in safe mode and then I have to restart and then win xp or 98 loads in normal mode.What could be the problem?pls help.
